8. Governing Law (UK & International Clients)This Refunds Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Clients based in Scotland, the USA, and other international locations agree that any disputes related to this policy shall be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

- Research and creative direction
- Script shaping or outline generation
- Treatment, structure, and planning
- Early design and content development
2. Remaining Balance (Refundable Until Production Begins)The remaining balance for your chosen service is only payable after the Discovery outputs have been reviewed and approved.
To be clear:
- The remaining balance is refundable up until production begins
- Once production begins, the remaining balance becomes non-refundable
- Avatar video scenes or voice performances are generated
- Editing, assembly, or video build work starts
- Your brand assets (logos, images, scripts) are inserted into the project
- Storyboards or structures are locked and moved into the build phase
- Localisation or multi-language variants begin processing
3. Client CancellationsIf a client cancels the project:
- After paying the Discovery Fee:
→ The Discovery Fee is non-refundable. - After paying the remaining balance, but before production begins:
→ A refund of the remaining balance may be issued. - After production begins:

4. Avatarman CancellationsIf Avatarman needs to cancel a project before production begins:
- The remaining balance will not be charged (or will be refunded if already paid).
- The Discovery Fee remains non-refundable due to the preparatory work already completed.
