In one line: You own the final video, Avatarman owns the creative method, and the underlying avatar technology remains with its provider.
Your rights apply fully to the finished video output — to host, share and reuse it across your learning, communication and onboarding journeys.
You Own the Final Video
Once your project has been delivered and paid for, your organisation owns the final rendered video.
You are free to:
- Upload it to your LMS or learning platform
- Use it on your website, intranet or portals
- Share it internally or externally
- Include it in onboarding, training or presentations
- Store and archive it for future use
These usage rights are unrestricted and perpetual for the finished video file.
Avatarman Owns the Creative Method
To keep your projects consistent and high quality, Avatarman retains ownership of the creative tools used to build your videos, including:
- Scripts and story structures
- Production templates and formats
- Learning and messaging frameworks
- Repeatable methods and workflows
These elements are licensed for use within your final videos, but remain part of Avatarman’s professional toolkit for future client work.
Avatar Technology Stays With Its Provider
The digital avatar systems used in your videos – such as faces, voices, movement models and generative engines – are owned by the underlying technology provider.
This means they:
- Are not owned by the client or by Avatarman
- Cannot be transferred, cloned or resold
- Are licensed to Avatarman for the purpose of production
Your ownership applies to the finished video output, not the underlying technology itself.
